Epoxy Flake

Our Epoxy Flake system is sure to provide the durability and strength you want. With a professional finish, your space will feel more welcoming and give you the showroom quality you deserve. Our system consists of diamond grinding to remove existing coatings, oil stains, foreign material and the cream off the concrete. This opens the pores of the substrate to allow deep penetration of our epoxy base coat. Once the epoxy is applied we broadcast the flake of your choice until rejection. This ensures full coverage, an extra layer of protection and provides a more uniform finish. After the base coat cures, the surface is scraped to level and remove any up ended flake. The flake is now ready to be sealed in with our crystal clear rock hard topcoat. This locks the system in and provide many, many years of functional use.

Waterproof Decks

You might be wondering, why would you need to waterproof a concrete deck? Well, you wouldn't but, we're not talking about concrete decks here. The waterproof decks we're talking about are constructed of wood and are usually second story balcony decks, walkways or similar applications where the wood construction needs to be protected. The surface needs to be waterproofed to prevent water intrusion and the subsequent damage that it creates. The application process includes a four part water-tight system, drip edge of choice and the final finish of your choice. There are many finishing techniques that can be used in this application to provide the desired look you want to match the rest of your home or commercial space.

Grind and Seal

If you're a fan of the industrial modern look that many homebuilders are implementing these days, you are sure to love our grind and seal applications. We begin by diamond grinding the concrete to open the pores for the sealer. As a result, this exposes the aggregate giving your new floor that amazing variety that only exposed aggregate can give. Once the concrete is prepped for coating, we apply a deep penetrating primer coat to seal in the pores and give your floor that wet look. A second coat follows to give your floor a high gloss finish and added durability.

Polishing

Polishing is a durable option when it comes to protecting your concrete. This application is commonly found in commercial spaces such as convenience stores, shopping centers and home hardware suppliers. The process begins by testing the hardness of the concrete, installing densifiers if needed and the tedious process of polishing is started. The concrete is transformed through several steps from a dull gray to semi-gloss, super durable surface. The newly polished concrete is resistant to spills, scrapes, burns, and other demanding functions that can damage unprotected concrete.

Stain and Seal

Whether you want that vivid textured look or simply a protected surface. Staining and Sealing your concrete can protect it for years to come against abrasion, salt, alkali and natural forces that cause unprotected concrete to deteriorate. Preparation for this staining varies. Typically, with most decorative applications, acid etching is sufficient to open the pores of the concrete to accept the stain and subsequent sealer. This preparation method is often preferred over the alternative diamond grinding which can expose the aggregate. Exposed aggregate isn't a common trade practice with most stained concrete applications. Once the pores are open the stain is applied as necessary whether acid or water based. Subsequent stain coats follow to highlight and give variety to the surface. Once the stain has cured, the surface is sealed with a clear protective coat to keep your newly stained concrete beautiful.

Concrete Crack Repair

Tearing out and re-pouring your existing concrete can be very expensive and invasive to your surrounding yard and landscaping. Allow us the opportunity to provide crack repair and other repairs to your damaged concrete to avoid costly replacement. Our seamless repairs will prevent trip hazards and other negative effects that come from cracking concrete.
When coupled with one of our coating options, you won't be able to tell there was previous damage and the surface will be better than new with our seamless repair method.
